We offer free delivery on all domestic (UK) orders over £50 and on all Europe orders over £100.
Recent crises have led to a reduction in global freight, causing price rises for all international orders.
We acknowledge that all deliveries will be slower, but we are unaware to what extend for each parcel.
Please note that free shipping applies to the transportation cost only. Import duties, taxes, and fees that are beyond our control may apply to our international deliveries. In addition custom processes may also cause delays in delivery of our books.
Return Policy
How We Do It
Our voluntary returns guarantee:
You may return, for a full refund, any item ordered from us, provided it is in the exact state that you received it. You will responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error. it is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item.
If you return a high-value item, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Once we received item, we will refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.
You can choose to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days even if you simply changed your mind.
Although you have a right of refund, you will have to pay postage costs of shipping goods bought online back to us.
Please note, that we have made every reasonable effort to ensure that the books conform to illustrations, photographs and descriptions provided. We cannot, however, guarantee that all photographs will be precisely accurate due to discrepancies arising from differences in the colour reproduction of electronic displays.
